Refund Policy
At Vemosa Skills Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality skill development programs and training opportunities to our partners and candidates.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued.
Eligibility - You may be eligible for a refund if:
Hotel Management Course – Refund Policy
• Registration Fee – ₹2,000 is refundable only if no interview or selection takes place.
• Before Joining – Seat blocking & registration charges of ₹7,000 are non-refundable; rest of the fee is refundable.
• Within 1st Month (After Joining) – 75% refund available if full annual fee has been deposited.
• Mid-Program (Personal Reason) – No refund will be provided.
• If Employer (Hotel) Withdraws – Refund considered case-to-case on pro-rata basis.
• Termination for Misconduct – Fee is non-refundable.
Online Degree Programme – Refund Policy
• You have not yet started the course or subscription.
• The course or subscription is defective or misrepresented.
• The course is not compatible with your mobile device due to technical issues.
• You enrolled in the wrong course due to a purchasing error.
• You are unable to learn or complete the course due to Vemosa Skills Academy’s inability to provide adequate support.
• Your payment has not been received by Vemosa Skills Academy.
Process – To request a refund, please submit a written request to [academy@vemosaskills.com] within 7 days of purchase. Your request must include:
• Your name and contact information.
• The name of the course or subscription you are requesting a refund for.
• The reason for your refund request.
- Decisions – All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Vemosa Skills Academy reserves the right to accept or deny any refund request.
- Refund Processing Timeline – Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the decision to grant a refund.
- Refund Credit Timeframe – After the Refund, once your refund request is approved, your payment will be refunded to your original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to credit as per bank’s policies. Cash refunds will not be issued.
